I agree. Biden isn't capable anymore. That's why I'm surprised about Bernie dropping out. He could have swooped in to take over after Joe was deemed incapacitated, which is coming. I guess they made some other backroom deal with Bernie. It really makes me wonder what the Democrat plan is.

Biden still needs to have the delegates at the convention vote for him. They can vote for someone else.
