It seems that many police have and inner fascist that is coming out now. Hopefully, people will sue them personally. At least that way the taxpayers wouldn’t have to pick up the tab.

My husband recently had a frayed rotator cuff. Four weeks of physical therapy with exercises and dry needle therapy and he’s doing great. Talk to your orthopod.

The Police in my Town entered a church on Sunday to break up people praying. The Pastor opened the doors to the church to allow people to come inside and pray. It was not an organized service.
But someone called the cops. They broke up the gang of 80 year old women and made them leave the church. I never thought I would see this in America.
Sadly, we’ll see more.

I think we are seeing the answer as to what side the police will come down on.
I believe it has opened a few eyes in regards to "The police won't go door-to-door confiscating guns" mantra. Like good Nazis, they will "chust follow ordersss" if that time ever comes.
As you point out, look what they are doing now.
People *can* pray at home. No need to go to a designated building.
That said, it’s not the government’s business to decide. The 1A’s prohibition clause says I can pray when- & wherever I please, & I shall continue to do so.
Damn; he went a long time; I was only in the RVN 4 months and the Corps 13 months when I got my draft notice!
My CO said “NO, L/Cpl, you cant go home to be drafted, the Marine Corps owns you now”.

These should be fairly easy to overturn. There’s no constitutional basis for restricting healthy citizens from activity without an actual suspension of the same. Sucks to have to go through dealing with it, and the fines are set right around the point most will think it not worth it.
You need a felony for that, or “domestic violence”.
