I know a Family friend who was at Yale New Haven Hospital for some “non-routine” treatment and they said they had great care there, from the Nurses doing routine tasks to all the doctors involved everyone seemed to be 110% dedicated to treating them. They said they had a possible complication during the procedure in within a matter of a minutes additional doctors and specialists we’re already there to discuss the best way to proceed.

Hopefully your friend is OK now. I have had similar experiences at Yale-New Haven Hospital (and at the Y-NH Spine Center and MRI center). All docs, nurses, techs, etc. were were excellent... 110% dedication, as you said.
