I want some questions answered, like how long do they project before we can get enough testing online to allow people to go back to work. Whenever Pence is asked straightforward questions like this - questions seeking important relevant information - he does a long roundabout sermon that skirts the question. Even Trump at one of the briefings the other day, after one of these Pence “responses” said Pence was world class at not answering the question. Sorry, Pence may be on “our team,” but I want to know some basic vital information. I’m not holding it against them that they don’t yet have enough testing - CDC and FDA bureaucrats are to blame as far as I can see - but they must have some internal estimates about how long it will take, yet Pence refuses to answer. If I asked a garage door repairman how much it will cost and how long it will take, and he answered like Pence does, I’d say “get out of here.”
BTW, I got groceries early this morning. I saw lots more people masked. I also saw lots of the folks masked: still touching their face, forgoing hand santizer, not keeping distance from other customers, especially customers not masked.
I’m all for PPE, but prepping starts between the ears.

My masks haven’t come. I have throw away gloves...put them on when I get out of the car and remove them and place them in a zip lock bag before I get into the car. Does it help? Probably not.

PPE is like anti-lock brakes. When used as directed, a great tool. More folks need to use as directed.
