Wolf has zero capacity to think on his own let alone Govern Pa..........However the Pa. House passed a Republican bill to force Wolf to adopt new rules that would allow for more businesses to open during the COVID-19 pandemic, if they follow guidelines by the CDC....the bill moved ahead in the Legislature on Tuesday. So we’ll see.
