The “six phases of a project” have been jocularly described as:
Enthusiasm
Disillusionment
Panic
Search for the guilty
Punishment of the innocent
Praise and honors for the non-participants
A couple of people have tried to put me in for awards for different things at different times. I've always turned them down, cause most awards are for who stuck their nose up someone's rear end the best.
That’s what I am expecting.
