Did you see Fauci a day or two ago towards the end when the press tried to corner him by asking him if he would speak up if he disagreed with Trump about opening the country?
He got a deer in the headlights look on his face and spent several long moments processing the question before stumbling out an answer.
He saw the trap, but he could barely avoid falling in. He’s too analytical to think quickly on his feet with obvious enemies.
I think it scared the hell out of him.
He spoke early on. I think that was the last hurrah.
