Wuhan Lab Changes Sign To '0 Days Since Accidentally Releasing A Virus'

Harbin city in northern China is facing a second wave of the CCP virus outbreak.
Locals have reported long queues in front of hospitals, while traffic police have blocked vehicles from entering local highways, and hospitals announced new rules to prevent the CCP virus from spreading.
The CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, commonly known as novel coronavirus, first broke out in Wuhan, the capital of central China’s Hubei province, in December 2019. From January, the virus quickly spread to other Chinese cities.
Harbin is the capital of northeastern China’s Heilongjiang province. The city enacted partial lockdown measures last week.
And on April 15, the city government abruptly announced that it would replace the director of its local health commission, without providing a reason.
Heilongjiang and Harbin publicly reported its first-ever infection cases on Jan. 21 and 23 respectively.
Then, beginning on Feb. 23, the province did not report any new domestic infections—until April 9, when Harbin reported one new infection and three asymptomatic carriers.
The Epoch Times’ previous reporting has documented how regional authorities in China routinely underreport their virus data. However, the new surge in officially reported cases, coupled with information on the ground, indicate that the outbreak has gotten severe in Harbin.

It’s possible, but it’s more likely that they *don’t* have it contained and it’s getting away from them again.
Also keep in mind that their current internal narrative is that “it’s a foreign disease, brought in by foreigners” and “Africans are spreading the disease.”
Epoch Times is very reliable and are not in bed with the CCP like American News Media is (CNN/MSNBC)
Is this the original virus, or an updated version?
We’ve never been able to get too many Asian spies and since this isn’t Star Trek, we can’t just surgically alter agents to make them appear another race. Asia is one area we’ve been crap at human intelligence in.
We do have decent electronic intelligence gathering capability, but there are limits what that can do, and on-orbit surveillance can only do so much too.

I don’t think they ever successfully contained it. Of interest is that this city is completely on the other side of the country. Basically, if Wuhan was Oklahoma City, Harbin would be Albany, geographically speaking.

Another reason we’ve not been able to recruit Chinese nationals to spy for us is what the Chinese do to spies. They have been known to not just torture the spy to death, but ‘disappear’ and then torture and execute most of if not the entire extended family of the spy down to distant cousins, sometimes in front of the spy before finally killing the spy themselves.
Similar methods have been used to attempt to recruit Americans of Chinese descent; “Be a real shame if your Auntie Chun back in Shanghai found herself homeless and your Uncle Xiang lost his job and couldn’t get another,” that kind of thing. Or the reverse, offering blandishments to improve their relatives’ lives. Both have been reported repeatedly over the years.
Of course, this only works if the party they are attempting to blackmail or bribe actually *likes* the family left behind. Often the American-born or naturalized Americans don’t; there are reports of the recruiters being taken back when they are told that the target doesn’t like their relatives back in China, that doing nasty things to them would be a great favor and could they please send pictures after whatever deed was done?
