Considering people are treating those magical masks like they live at Hogwartz, I’m sure the government has some magic spell that makes masks perfectly acceptable for swimming.

Well, wearing a mask or especially a scarf would make paddleboarding seem more like water boarding ... though I suppose that if you're caught in an undertow and are being dragged out to sea you could be "allowed" to remove the mask to cry for help (although the "experts" would strenuously oppose such an exemption as, without the exemption, people might opt to not go the ocean and remain under house arrest in their homes).

But in Florida, sanity seems to have prevailed. Kudos to the governor!
