I hate that you’re forced to do that with websites now - what does it mean, anyhow, except forcing you to spend more money? Even a fake site can set up with a shared SSL certificate on the back end.

Without the encryption, your data is visible to everything between your computer and the FR servers especially when it involves the analytics and any financial transactions.
