An iPhone in a dark parking lot with a blacked out MRAP?
Not sure I would have gotten much, really.
I’ve never seen a vehicle like that in person, before.
I was sort of so gobsmacked that I barely thought to look at the plate.
I’ll keep an eye out for another sighting.
Lots of odd things lately, being trailered up I68 west that “disappear” near the “wildlife management area” exit.
The place I mentioned is dimmed but not dark, tonight.
Homeland Security has been buying those for local police departments for the last 10 years. There are at least three, with different PDs, in a 10 mile radius. Which is excessive. They don’t seem to roll out very often.
I live 20 miles from the MD line at Garrett Co. Used to travel I68 alot. I know what you are saying.
