That seems to be a far lower infection rate than many areas.
Yes,... this area in Westr Pa had time to prepare when Trump first sounded the alarm..and did. By march 11th our hospitals were well prepared....and the people here kept their distance when out early on..... When the surge began a couple weeks ago people stayed home and wore masks when out.
Now we’re on the other side of it and it’s dropping fast.
There are only 3 high infection rates, NY, NJ, Louisiana the rest of the country have EXTREMELY LOW numbers OPEN UP NOW!!!
