They whine about the visitors bringing disease and they whine about the tourist dependent economy cratering. Can’t have it both ways. Just invest in some test kits and test everyone coming off the planes from the mainland. Just as fast as X-raying all luggage for food.
There is enough beach space in Hawaii that nobody needs to crowd anyone except maybe Wakiki which can close permanently for all I care.
