If the article is correct, there is a timetable depending on how much you made last year. I changed addresses and had to send a letter form to the IRS in March, plus USPS address change as well. The portal didnt work for me even though I filed 2018.
I have the same address, but according to the IRS they sent the check to the bank so as far as they’re concerned it’s done. Meanwhile the bank said talk to the IRS.
