There's is no way such a edict from the state of New York
is even legal.

A person is hit by a car and laying on the side of the road.
Maybe the person heart is beating irregularly.
Is New York telling paramedics to ignore that person?
Maybe someone's kid swallowed something toxic and the heart
isn't beating correctly. Are paramedics supposed to
ignore the kid and drive on?

Whomever issued this "order" in New York needs to be
brought up on charges of manslaughter and maybe murder
for any death that results from this ridiculous edict.

Any paramedic should be fired and any medical licensing
that person has terminated and prosecuted too for failure
to carry out his/her job.
