It is not a representative sample, if the only people tested were those who were away from their homes. It is as accurate as a political poll that only measures people that are home on a weekend when the poll is fielded.
Agree. They are under lockdown orders. So they are sampling people who are OUTSIDE? And that is supposed to be a representative random sample? That’s as methodologically flawed as the Stanford study recruiting via a Facebook advertisement, if not more so.
