New Court Documents Reveal Border Wall
Van Nus News Press (CA) ^ | 24 Apr 2020 | George Thomas

This week, the Sierra Club obtained documents from the U.S. 9th Circuit Court— which is hearing two separate challenges about Trump’s use of military funds for border wall construction. The documents reveal that new projects will begin this week...

See the court documents here (https://www.sierraclub.org/sites/www.sierraclub.org/files/program/documents/FY%202020%20Projects%20Short%20Decl.pdf ) and here (https://www.sierraclub.org/sites/www.sierraclub.org/files/program/documents/FY_2020_Enriquez_Decl_Feds_Opp.pdf ).

The article seems to be a Sierra Club press release, but the links to the court documents seem good.

The second links has some detailed maps of some of the upcoming projects, but it is only a sample of what is coming, because the court case only concerns a few of the projects.

One interesting thing I noted, was how expensive these court delays can be. They pointed out that just one contractor, on just one project, would burn about $9 million per month (while not producing anything during the the duration of any court imposed injunction.

I am guessing that we have already lost miles due to these malicious delays in the past.

The Sierra Club has sure turned into a leftist wacko group.
The kind of group where you read about something they oppose and you know that whatever it is, you are for it.

In the second attachment, the detail the first publicized project details in the Del Rio (Texas) Sector of the border (right around the Ports of Entry).

They also show the plan to start building border wall right from the Eastern Edge of the Tohono O’odham Nation (TON) in Arizona. Contracts have already been awarded from the Western side. So TON will be a 62 mile gap in the new super Wall System, but they have vehicle barriers, and are getting complete Integrated Fixed Tower coverage.

The much smaller Indian Reservations around Yuma Arizona (Campo and Conopah) are both planned for new barrier.

Another fun fact, was to expect new contract awards on May 7th and 15th (if there is no new court injunction). We seldom get such advanced warning in public.

Ignore all attempt by any court. If they continue refer to the DOJ to indict with attempt treason. Destroy by removing the judge that violated Trumps Constitutional order.

"The Sierra Club has sure turned into a leftist wacko group."

Hmmm... that could be considered as an absurd statement...
The Sierra Club was founded by a marxist (john Muir(sp?)) in 1892... Leftist when it started... Never changed...

After the wall is finished they can start taking care of the mountains of trash the illegal aliens left. But the Sierra Club cares nothing about that. To them it’s good trash.

Illegal aliens crap on the sidewalks of American Cities. The border wall hinders illegal aliens. The Sierra Club is against the wall...ergo, the Sierra Club is in favor of illegals crapping on American sidewalks.

As I recall, the founder of the Sierra Club has turned against them for perverting the original goals of that organization re conservation/environmental cleanup projects.

Today the SC is a far-left pseudo-conservation Marxist-oriented club for environmental wackos and true-believers.
