I know. He has rightly made the Gov responsible for the opening og their respective States but perhaps this is a chance to let the millions who watch him know how rapidly the numbers are dropping (favorably) and by doing so getting the public excited and anxious to reopen.

Since the States resisting opening are mainly Democrat led it would put pressure on those Governors to open up.

WHOA! Mark Steyn, subbing for Rush, just reported that a North Korean defector claims that Kim Jong-Un was severely injured while watching a missile test. Claims it malfunctioned and hit the reviewing stand. That the doctor assigned to operate on him had shaky hands and screwed-up the procedure. Kim is reportedly brain dead.

Now THAT is big news, and perhaps what Trump is going to talk about.

That reopening plan offered something worse than no dates. It says that a state needed to have its statistics go down every day for 14 days straight. If you had the deaths or whatever go down for 13 days in a row and then increase by any amount, you would have to start the 14 days over. There probably will never be a 14 day stretch where are the numbers go down every single day for 14 days.

I don’t know who put that into the guidelines but it should never have been that way. It should have been trending down for 14 days.
