Shapiro supports Trump now, but his support strikes me as being very soft. I don’t think it would take much to flip Shapiro back the other way. I think Shapiro is a good person to have on our side especially on some issues, but I’m still wary of him.
I agree with you about Shapiro. However, my husband has recently discovered him during our quarantine and now listens to his podcasts every day. I keep reminding him he was a never Trumper, along with Levin, Beck, and most National Review writers, a fact that I’ve never forgotten.
