He lost is licenses because he went on Tucker’s show and announced the Governor’s cell phone number. The issue isn’t the issue, the issue is ALWAYS The Revolution.

I am fed up.

This is such an obvious abuse of power.

By what metric do we *allow* ourselves to be placed under house arrest? It certainly isn’t over anything.

What is stopping a Governor from using ‘emergency powers’ over the next flu? What if there were a spike in vehicle deaths? Does that count? Shut down freeways? Stop us from driving? What about bad weather? Might it snow? Does that warrant an ‘order’ to not leave the house or face arrest? Or just declaring that being alive in 2020 is just ‘dangerous’? What is the measure?

It’s one thing to fine somebody, it’s another to take away their livelihood. This is Nazi tactics. This is evil. This is what drunk on power looks like. They’re using their power to put their boot on our throats.

Over the next two weeks, going by what the NYC bell curve looks like, we’re going to see new cases of COVID-19 plummet. What is going to be their justification as each day passes? Again, what is the measure? If it can’t be defined then this is simply tyranny - we’re being stripped of our inalienable rights because a Governor decides to, at their discretion, no debate, no representation during decision making.

We’re going to need a ‘day of reopening’. Decided by us, not them - all at the same time. They need to understand they do not have this authority. We’ve given them an inch and they’ve taken a mile.

This should really be quite simple. They can ASK us to “please wash your hands” and “please wear a mask” and “please distance from others considering your risk factors” - but only as REQUESTS. We’re not kids. The governor isn’t our school principal. They aren’t all knowing. They do not have this level of authority. Now it’s being weaponized.

I hear claims about ‘science’ being the driving factor, although they never provide the data and empirical evidence to support their claim. And when does ‘science’ take economics into account? At what point does the destruction of a nations economy become a bigger problem? Who has the right to declare small businesses are not essential? They certainly are essential to all the small business owners. People who’ve risked everything to build a business are seeing it destroyed in the blink of an eye because a governor says so. Who gave them that right?

Initially, because we didn’t have data, we had no idea of what this thing was. Just how bad was this going to be? All we knew was it could be Ebola-on-steroids, a lock-down made sense. What I’ve learned though, is that it must only be a recommendation by those in power. They should have no such ‘emergency power’ due to a virus. We-the-people are the decision makers. If we can see a new virus is Ebola-on-steroids then we don’t need to be told to stay home. We’ll do it on our own. Does the fear of ‘hospitals being overwhelmed’ negate civil liberties? Does it suspend our constitutional rights?

I’m an immigrant to the USA, I was born and raised in England. One of the key differences that I’ve learned, that what makes the USA different than any other country on the planet, is that we don’t allow the wishes of the collective, determined by the leaders of the collective, to rule over the rights of the individual. Individual rights are what is in the best interests of the collective, they come first. In Europe, you’re more likely to be arrested for being ‘offensive’ to people that will become violent at being offended, than being arrested for being violent because you’re offended. This is especially true when offending Muslims, which is almost impossible to not do - by design (a whole other rant!). It’s just easier to arrest the person being ‘offensive’. The ‘collective’ rules that maintaining ‘social calm’ is more virtuous than individual liberty. The only people benefiting are those in power and the mob, it can only end badly.

This virus has paralyzed the American spirit. This hasn’t happened before to any of us. Fear has been used as a weapon to convince us that we must submit to collectivism, that individual rights are now secondary to the collective.

This is our real enemy. We MUST maintain that we’re a nation of individual rights, they come FIRST. We do NOT submit to the wishes of the collective. Those that are elected to REPRESENT us have not been given the authority to decide that our individual liberties can be suspended at their discretion. To do so mirrors the rest of the world, the collective now dictates our individual rights. That our individual rights, given to us by God, are being sidelined by men, for their reasons, should tell us all we need to know. Those we’ve granted authority to are making us subservient to them.

They’re destroying what ‘America’ is. It cannot be allowed. We have a duty, not just for ourselves, let it not be forgotten.
