Publix and Walmart in Ocala, FL have been doing that a few weeks now. Strange as there is plenty of beef and pork but ZERO chicken!! And still low or none on TP...

Some people I know who work at stores selling TP, masks, gloves etc, told me when stock is delivered the store only puts out a portion if any.

The store is holding back, saying it’s reserving it incase “frontline” workers need it. I don’t agree that is ok for stores to do.

i see us unemployed/ locked out of work due to Covid as frontliner’s too. willing to abide by putting career or job on hold for a time.

those media etc call frontline heroes, imo, all trained and chose those jobs and likely almost all of them have dealt with some sort of emergency rush before in their professional work time. Many, especially health care aget paid very well, get extra money to work overtime, and hazard pay etc etc. I’m getting real tired of hearing all the extras people want to do for them as if those workers are doing some thing outside their job/normal.
