Indian discrimination against non-Indians and other out-group Indians is pervasive in the IT sector in locations where Indians have emigrated. This discrimination is invisible and uncovered by the major IT media entities. For this reason, this article you are about to read will seems dramatically different than any article published in any major IT media entity. With 20+ years of experience in the USA IT industry. It is very difficult to find a job in my own country now. The IT recruitment industry has been almost completely been taken over by non-citizens. And if you happen to get lucky and have a job interview, it is going to be, almost always, with somebody from India. And he typically is only interviewing naturally born American citizens out of an abundance of caution. He has no intention of hiring Americans. Our information infrastructure, here in the USA, is being taken over by citizens from a third world foreign country. Not just Facebook and Google which are considered multinationals, but "government-sponsored enterprises", BlueCrossAndBlueShield, banks, hospitals, state and local governments just as examples. Who thought this was a good idea? This is the best article I have found that explains this situation accurately.

It is really quite simple. Once an Indian is in a position to hire, or influence hires, you will never see an American employed there again.

First they came for the 7-11 clerks, but I was not a 7-11 clerk . . .

Mormons too...blacks too....and its not a coincidence that so many movie moguls and media big wigs are mostly from one ethnicity....do you ever see people in the media and wonder how they ever got there?

Indian IT recruiters mostly have such heavy accents that it is difficult to understand what they are saying unless you also happen to be Indian. I have lost out many, many times after having poor interviews with these English-as-a-second-language interviewers.

Important observation:

Something that few people in the US know is that India is very close to being a failed state. Its next-door neighbour, Pakistan, is a failed state. When Indians immigrate to European based countries, they are receiving a massive upgrade. Those people that get out of India have an endless series of requests from family members and members of a similar tribe to get them jobs in the US. This is why Indians target US workers.

  1. Indians see it as their duty to get jobs for family and tribe members in the US to get them out of India. Imagine being pressured by family members and by friends to get them to the US. The social pressure in Indian society is intense.
  2. Indians need to solidify their position in the US, to reduce job threats, they feel more comfortable and protected if surrounded by other Indians.

Some people say "Indian culture is conservative, so they are natural allies of US conservatives".

UTTERLY FALSE

Indian culture is TRIBAL, and YOU are not of their tribe. They will vote for WHOEVER will benefit their ability to get the rest of their clan over here, which means they will vote Democrat.

It’s not that they don’t care, they’re being bribed to support this. The naïve GOP supporters who come up to these guys thinking they aren’t aware are grossly mistaken. They know and they’re just getting their cut of the looting of this country.

I’ve heard that it’s extremely difficult for a Caucasian R.N. to get a job in a nursing home because they are usually run by and/or staffed by Filipinos.

Sometimes it seems like the only race which doesn’t discriminate in hiring is white Americans.

american laws are set up to be against white people and white people alone. that’s it.

then of course you have hollywood which too often portrays white people as villans set against people of every other race and ethnicity in the world who are naturally good guys.

Then you have the democrat party which has this pecking order with white men at the bottom.

then you have the federal government which has eeoc offices on every floor.

the effect is to steadily squeeze white people out of employment

go figure

imho the entire racial law system in the US needs to be dumped into the trash heap.

Yes, well said. Not just in matters of employment visas, but practically every policy foreign and domestic, it could be said that foreign powers rule the USA via congressional bribes.

Bingo. When I started on a contract for a very large corporation, there were a number of H1-B visa contractors from both India and China. Within a week of being hired, I was taken aside by a member of both groups and warned that the other group could not be trusted.

I worked In the headquarters of one of the largest IT companies in America. The technical group of course was all Indians. As I got to know the men a strange coincidence that all of the hires were Indians. But stranger yet all the new people went to the same high school in India. Now 7 billion people on earth and we get only from one neighborhood in India.

Just really stinks. If these people were White there would be EEOC law suits flying and careers ruined.
