Every Texas who reads this should submit a complaint to the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct.
The deck is stacked....TCJC only agrees to hear/investigate about 5 percent of complaints filed, and only finds for complainants about 3 percent of those times.
I filed a complaint once and was lucky. It was accepted, they actually found in my favor and the judge was disciplined. Not like I’d like to have seen, but a win nonetheless.
Nevertheless, the system should be overwhelmed.
