The Justice Department’s closing of its criminal case against President Trump's former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn on Thursday came as new red flags emerged from recently released documents revealing the FBI’s handling of the matter.
Former FBI agents and federal prosecutors tell RealClearInvestigations that the documents show suspiciously irregular handling and editing of Flynn’s FD-302 form, the official document used to record what happens in FBI interviews. That form served as a key record used to charge Flynn with lying to federal agents. He pleaded guilty to that charge in December 2017 but had been trying to withdraw the plea, arguing, as his lawyer put it, that he was “deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.”
Since the documents were released last week, much attention has focused on a handwritten note by FBI counterintelligence head Bill Priestap in advance of the January 2017 interview with Flynn that would result in the retired lieutenant general being charged with lying to federal agents: “What is our goal?” Priestap asked, “Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?

I van picture it being part of what Durham and other DOJ investigators under Barr are doing...they have kept their cards close to the vest and ensuring no leaks come out to gum up the meticulous work they have been doing...
Obama knew. Biden knew. Both should be imprisoned (or worse) for it.
In any case, there seems to have been a serious injustice done.
It is hard to believe that anyone can be indifferent to it.

The greatest danger to America--to the American Dream--to the American People--is this banal indifference, the banal unwillingness to think, to seek truth and embrace it wherever it appears.

Those two things could point to tampering with evidence that might get Lisa Page's boyfriend thrown in jail.
I get tired of Sean's constant refrain that it's only the top 1% of the FBI that is bad. I'd like to think that the majority of the people in the FBI are good people but I'd like some evidence for that.

WHY is judge Sullivan taking his sweet time in throwing out the Flynn case? This liberal judge is going to hang this case as long as possible!! He should have dismissed it immediately as soon as the cabal dropped the case!! Why prolong it? Everything and every action taken by the liberal rats in D.C. I can see a first year law student arguing that there is nothing wrong with that language. Of course, absent the context that would be true.
But in the actual context you could say “it was the gift that kept on giving”.
I’m amazed that the likes of McCabe and the rest are still insisting that Flynn is guilty. I saw a quick bit of Marie Barf ,minus the smart glasses, continue with the Russia collusion narrative. Lara Logan let her have it an pretty much called her an idiot.
Aren’t they on the court calendar for Monday, May 11? There is a process to follow, so we’ll see what the judge says. I would like it if he pursued some contempt of court against certain individuals.

I was thinking that literally might be true — fingerprints and/or DNA.
What if he did hold and read some of the documents? Now forensics is capable of doing “touch DNA”. No fluids or blood required. No large amounts of skin under a victim’s fingernails. Just a skin cell after a small touch can provide perfect DNA results.
BTW, I’ve been watching too much I.D. (But the touch DNA is a thing.)
The real problem is that we have FISA courts, a Patriot Act and interpretation to where anything that goes over the web is public (A George H Bush creation). We gave government sweeping powers to collect everything and side step the US Constitution in the process.
Humans are vile creatures driven by what once were called sins. If you want to understand humans, just think about the 7 deadly sins and ask yourself who is immune to this?
The problem is that no differently than socialism/communism (also sounds nice on paper), the powers we gave government sound nice when we are told that they are used to fight terrorists ans spies, but you are relying on the good will, neutrality, integrity, and candor of those with these powers to do the right thing. And just like communism you will continue to hear about one failure after the other... Just like communism the government keeps saying “you can trust us,” and just like communism “there is a new flavor after every failure.”
Forget pinning this on an individual. The real dangers are the entire systems and processes we have created where we have pointed our intel services inward post Cold War. Secret courts (FISA), mass gag orders (NSLs)... and then we lecture others about democracy and transparency. LOL
Don't ever look at a fingerprint under a scanning electron microscope (SEM), you'll never eat anything again that anyone has touched without gloves.

With considerably more preponderance of evidence than was ever produced in any of the various persecutions launched against Team Trump.
Never go to war with only one objective in mind. Make sure that if you are going in for the kill shot, you do not miss.
