Growing List of Pennsylvania Counties 'Refuse to Prosecute Businesses' Violating Governor’s Orders......

A growing number of Pennsylvania counties are stating that their district attorneys will not be prosecuting those who defy lockdown measures put in place by Gov. Tom Wolf.

It comes as Wolf on Monday 'threatened to block federal aid 'to Pennsylvania counties that violate state measures and allow non-life-sustaining businesses to reopen, warning that 'businesses could face citations.'...... he said on Twitter. “Today I am announcing consequences for counties that do not abide by the law to remain closed....Non-compliant counties won’t be eligible for federal stimulus discretionary funds. Instead, those funds will be allocated to counties working to stop the spread of COVID-19,” Wolf added.

Wolf last week extended the state’s stay-at-home order for all “red” phase counties—including Dauphin—until June 4.....Dauphin County Board of Commissioners Chairman Jeff Haste on Friday said the county would defy Wolf’s order, and demanded Wolf “return our state to the people (as prescribed by our Constitution) and not run it as a dictatorship.”

The Lancaster County district attorney’s office said Sunday it will not be prosecuting those who violate Wolf’s stay-at-home order. ...........The Pennsylvania counties of Lebanon and York have also adopted similar positions.

Let me see if I got this correct.

The state declares emergency to get federal funds
The country declares emergency to get funds from the State.

If order for a State to get funds they have to declare emergency and lock down. Then the county has to do the same.

Lancaster county has a large Amish population. They don’t need the Gov’t for ANYTHING.

The beauty of this is leftists already created the precedence for selective law breaking by both not enforcing requests from ICE to detain illegals and having leftists DAs not prosecute criminals for "lesser" crimes like shop lifting. Turnabout is fair play.

Wolf is a worthless fascist punk. The revolt is gaining steam.

Let’s see what PA Republicans are made of already!!

They can start with this:

Dear State Agencies: If any of you actually comply with the Governor's order to pull licenses or liability coverage from businesses that choose to reopen, your funding will be DOA in the next session of the Legislature.

I live in an area of Upstate NY about to open up.

I’d love to visit PA and spend some money.

Any PA residents know if Wolf will sic his goon squad on anyone with a NY plate crossing the state border?

Can the counties give restaurants licenses to open up?

Only if they have their own Health Department, which few do.

Allegheny, Eire, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia and Philadelphia are the only ones.

There are a handful of third class cities with Health Departments: York, Allentown, Bethlehem, and Wilkes-Barre.

Everywhere else is under the digit of the Tyrannical Trannie aka Health Secretary Dr. (Dickless) "Rachel" Levine.

Counties can apply for Federal recovery funds on their own. Most of them go through the state instead because they don’t have the staff resources to get through the complicated process to apply for the money themselves.

Beforeally the lockdown we were in central PA. Saw Trump signs, flags, banners, bumper stickers. No Dem signage. Not for BiteMe or even any ‘Rat state or local pols. Nuttin’.

PA has the same problem NYS does: Its major metros.
