Oddly enough, the Hillary vote from 2016 is now a presumptive absolute in fraud calculations. The tricky part for democrats is to steal elections without exceeding the number of actual adult populations in the districts and getting caught.

It doesn’t matter if the Democrats steal an election with more votes than are in the district. They’ve been doing it, and nothing ever happens to them. Nothing tricky about it

Never, they don't get punished even when caught red handed and their guy proceeds on past Go and gets millions for passing.
