I think the plot of "Murder on the Orient Express" resolves around EVERY suspect actually sticking the knife in the dead guy. No way to prove who actually killed him. Seems like the same concept.

But not impossible to find what reporter it was leaked to. Is it not a felony on that end as well? Supena them, let them take the fifth, toss them in jail. I’m pretty sure it has gone down that way before. Judith Miller from the Scooter Libby fiasco comes to mind.
