He doesn’t lose his ability to cut hair just because he doesn’t have a license.

I’m sure he’s still a fine, skilled barber.

Licensing for some professions is just plain foolishness.

Licensed he’s licensing for hair stylist and barber professionals revolves mainly around the core of Sanitation. The other portions of the licensing exam or proficiency and procedures.

I have three immediate and relatives in my family who are hair stylists professionals and they wouldn’t agree that licenses are not necessary for public services.
