How much milk do need to drink daily to get an effective dose of Vit d?

get your D from the sun not milk. although I like milk and the wicked lefties have worked hard to destroy milk (like beef and everything else we love).

Be sure to take the right form, right amount of mag too or you won’t be able to absorb D (or calcium).

Raw milk has very little Vitamin D-it is added to processed/pasteurized milk-most healthy nuts prefer raw goat milk, but unless you live in a rural area like this one, it is pretty much unavailable...
