pennsylvania needs a “check-up-from-the-neck-up”. Why would an obese, mentally ill man who had his penis lopped off, wears dresses and is obviously (to use a professional term) screwed-up, have the power to make medical recommendations for the state? Some is very, very wrong in the state of pennsylvania.
