About a 24% decrease! Extrapolate that for the country - as it would not surprise me if many states have been measuring the same way. (especially when government money is involved)

I came up with the same percentage and I’m no statistical analyst but if nearly 24 percent had covid 19 but DIED of other causes wouldn’t that mean that danged nigh everybody in the state had been a carrier of the virus? Otherwise it seems impossible to me. I am very sick and have to use oxygen most of the time so maybe I’m overlooking something?
