No fans won’t help Watkins Glen. Or Schuyler or Yates counties. And those two counties, last I knew, are two of the poorest in the state.

Unlikely is putting it mildly. Cuomo just canceled the state fair.

But given what NOOSECAR has been up to, attendance might have sucked, anyway.
