“why do you need a license to cut hair?”
I believe it is Michigan to give a haircut to anyone outside the immediate family without a license.
Some states require up to 1500 hours of training to cut hair. No states can EXPLAIN that, though.
Even if you’re not charging for it??
Two consenting adults can’t agree for one to cut a single hair of the other??
That they weren’t charging for it should mean they’re not breaking ‘orders’, no business activity.
