Karl Manke, a 77-year-old barber in Owosso, Michigan, has defeated Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Attorney General Dana Nessel in court for the second time in about a week.
The Argus-Press reported:
Judge Matthew Stewart ruled that Karl Manke will not have to close his shop after the state again failed to prove he was an imminent danger to public health.
Stewart said the state did not arrest Manke when he was cited, so he didnt represent an imminent health danger.
(The attorney general) has not presented any studies underlying the doctors conclusion. (The attorney general) has not shown any nexus between the cutting of hair and an increased risk of transmission, Stewart wrote, the Detroit Free Press reported.

3rd time will be a charm, Gretchen....
Then he can sue you and own your mansion.
Whitmer will just take a page from her fellow democrat governors and start pulling licenses, occupancy permits & health certificates while harassing his clientele with nebulous disorderly conduct charges.
Already happening in Pee-Ay and Joisey.
Cue the HA-ha guy.
I think the state already pulled his license, or tried to pull it.
“I’ll get you, my pretty! And your little dog, too!”
Gov. Whitless is unfortunately not up for re-election this year. Hopefully the good people of Michigan will remember all this Gubbermint Bullshit in a couple of years and kick her butt to the curb.
Here in Houston, I took my life in my own hands and went yesterday to get a haircut.
Dimwhitmer,,,
Doh!
** Judge Rules Shop Can Remain Open**
Hooray!
We all know about Governor Witless. But check out AG Dana Nessel - she would have the Barber shot at Sunrise. Nessel has said she will not follow the court orders. So Far the Michigan State Police have carried out her commands.
What will she do next? Condemn his building? Burn it down?
And Oregon.
Neener neener.
No, you can get a haircut in Oregon.
Then she's really eligible for arrest on Federal civil rights charges via denial of due process.
Give it up witchy woman!
Ms. Whitmer is so far out in left field, she will never find the centerline.
I would think the officers involved carrying out her orders wpuld be as well.
