Om the 80’s there was a case in NYC of someone who was ultimately convicted of 2 counts attempted murder a police officer. They were arresting him on a warrant for a much lesser charge and he bragged he had AIDS while spitting on them. The court determined this idiot really thought he could transmit AIDS by spitting and he had the INTENT of killing them.
