If it wasn’t an Intelligence report, it would have to be a criminal investigative report and targeting Flynn, not the russian. Big if true, but it’s also a pretty big assertion.
Hmmm ... Gee, you don't suppose someone was spying on the Trump campaign, do you? Knowing Strzok and team I would wonder whether they were spying on everybody and then using the information gleaned to create out of thin air what they thought would justify a warrant. That would mean that the probably cause listed in various warrants would be fabricated crap; kinda like the forged email used to get a Carter Page Fisa warrant.
Some of this could turn out to be fun.
