If you grade Joe on a curve, he’s not doing that bad...he wasn’t all that coherent to begin with.
Because like with everything else, they’re only concerned about appearances. The substance means little or nothing. Do Democrats really care about black people or minorities? No, but they’ll say they do just for the appearance of it.
