All three judges got substantial Democrat support...

Scott Rash - 23 Democrat votes

Anna M. Manasco - 22 Democrat votes

John F. Heil III - 26 Democrat votes

My perspective...

Any time more than 6 Democrat Senators from toss up states vote for a GOP nominee, it means the judge will NOT be a reliable Conservative.

Of Note Future Flips & Ties
1. When the 10 open seats in Central California are filled the court will flip to Republican nominated majority (8 waiting confirmation, 2 without nominees). There are also 6 justices born in the 1940’s - 5R 1D.
2. The two seats open in CA-East when filled will tie the court (1 awaiting confirmation, 1 w/o nominee).
3. CA-South has 5 open seats w/ nominees. When those seats are filled the court will flip from 4R 4D to 9R 4D
4. Filling the open seat in CO will flip the court from tied to R4 D3 (there is no nominee)
9. Filling the seat in MN will convert the court from a tie to 4R 3D. (no nominee)
11. NJ is big league! Present 4R7D. After filling the 6 open seats the court will flip to10R 7D. No nominees at present.
12. NY-East after filling the 3 open seats (2 named nominees) the court will flip to 9R 6D. There is a potential to flip NY-North, filling the open seat the court would be 2R3D and there is a seated D justice born in 1937. NY-S filling open 3 seats 9R 19D (not much motion expected here)
15. SC filling the open seat (no nominee) will tie the court 5R 5D
16. TN-East filling the open seat will change the court from a tie to 3R 2D
18. Virginia-East with the filling of the two open seats (1 with a nominee, 1 no nominee) this court will flip. Present composition 4R 5D, after filling open seats 6R 5D. There are three justices born in the 40’s 2 Clinton 1 Bush.
20. WI –East. This is another opportunity for a flip. 1R 2D now, filling the two open seats (1 nominee in place) would change the court to 3R 2D. There are two elderly justices seated, born in 1939 Clinton & 1942 Reagan.
7. Filling the two open seats in IL -South would tie that court 2R2D (there are two nominees in place).
The other two districts in Illinois are hopeless. Filling the two open seats in IL-North (nominees in place) would bring the court to 9R13D
19. WA -West. Another big league opportunity. Only 2 justices in place out of 7 seats, both sitting judges appointed by Bush (born 1950 & 1951). There are 5 open seats none with nominees. These seats would be a shame to leave open at the end of POTUS 1st term.
17. TX-S This court doesn’t look much like Texas. Present 10R 8D Filling the open seat (on the docket for cloture Tuesday) will improve the margin. One Reagan appointed judge born 1941.
5. FL-Middle. Filling this opening (nominee up for Confirmation Tue) will move the court to 9R 6D
6. FL-South filling the open seat (nominee just named) will move the court to 11R 7D. There are two Bush nominees born in the 40’s
8. MA. Filling the two open seats (no nominees) would yield a composition of 5R 8D. There are 4 justices born in the 40’s 2R 2D so there is a potential to shift that court in the second term.
10. Filling the two openings in NV will change the court from 0R5D to 2R 5D (one nominee has been named)
14. PA-East filling the open seat (no nominee) 13R 9D (4 R appointed judges were born in the 40’s)
