Really? I didn’t know that . So then income from concerts and comedians going to Indian casinos, are taxed differently? More favorably I assume?

Are the gambling winnings taxed differently too?

I spoke to the booking agent for one of the 80’s bands who prefer to play at Morongo and a number of reservation-located casinos. They dont have to pay the performance tax and keep the earnings at full rate. As an example, look at San Manuel INDIAN casino, and the bands are always booked there months in advance. That’s not a coincidence, he said. Now why would Jerry Seinfeld have a show at San Manuel lol because it’s obvious.
