1) Recognize Taiwan as an independent nation.
2) Withhold all money to the UN until it also recognizes Taiwan as an independent nation.
3) Withhold all support to the Olympics until Taiwan is allowed to participate.
As of 2018, there are a total of 18 nations that recognize Taiwan. The first to recognize it as an independent nation was the Holy See – also known as Vatican City. This country first recognized Taiwan in 1942.

The Vatican does.
1. I think that the PRC wouldn't give a HOOT about Taiwan if it were poor. But, it's not.
2. WORSE: The USA recognizes it.
