Cleveland officials have provided no evidence to back statements made by Police Chief Calvin Williams that those who rioted in downtown Cleveland in the wake of volatile protests were from out of town.
Police arrested 65 people during Saturday night’s protests over the police killing of George Floyd, according to Cuyahoga County Jail records. Most of the arrests happened after the Mayor Frank Jackson imposed an 8 p.m. curfew, at 7:46 p.m.
Cuyahoga County spokeswoman Mary Louise Madigan said those arrested were booked into the county jail on suspicion of aggravated rioting and violating the curfew.
Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said during a 12:45 a.m. Sunday briefing on Facebook Live that police believe outsiders came into the city with the purpose of rioting.

They’re protecting Antifa and BLM. They had no problem trying to put the blame on “white supremacists”, but now it’s only locals? BS. So how many of these 65 are going to be prosecuted? Probably most will be let go without any serious charges. I hope the Feds are going through these arrest records with a fine tooth comb.
They are not arresting the out of towners who are slick they are leaving the arrests for the looter/sheep.
In the end, does it really matter? I mean yes, it would be nice if they were Baltimore residents but they are trashing and looting all the same.

They are looking for the majority to be out of towners when they are spread over the protesters and act as organizers not rank and file protesters.
We are being told a fable that most of the rioters in these deep blue cities are somehow interlopers from the hinterlands - Montana or Mississippi or Russia or Moldavia or maybe even the Moon. You can bet that 95% of them live within 20 miles of where the riots are happening.

I saw a video of him several times I believe it was yesterday and he did look like he was in command giving orders
