Pick which ever one you want to believe.

Well, since you put it that way I guess I will.

And it's not the one done by the RAT coroner, but rather the independent one.

Now it seems that NY mayor de blahzio has a curfew starting earlier for Tuesday nite, 8 pm I believe.

I guess the mayor thinks there has been enough destruction in NY to get him kudos from his handlers.

Soros?

antifa?

SATAN?

Hmmm, just after I posted that, the fox guy reporting from NYC said “there was mayhem from 8 to 11pm.

I also mentioned earlier that the mayor had the 11pm curfew because he supports the looters/rioters.

The curfews should always start at sundown.

On tv in one city, there were a bunch peaceful prosters and there was no problems.

Then just before sundown some guys came into the crowd and threw a rock and a water bottle at the cops.

Time to get the night going for the looters and rioters I guess!

Oh and I think that the cops, right at curfew time, should use bull horns to tell everyone that anyone left after the curfew would be arrested and their backpacks searched.

It was more like they attacked stuff in front of and near the white house last night. This evening there was a 7 pm curfew and people were peacefully demonstrating in front of Laffayette Park when suddenly a little before 7 pm, authorities suddenly sent tear gas and flash bangs at the demonstrators who left quickly. Then the president walked from the WH to a Church 2 blocks from the WH, went up on the steps with a bible in his hand and made a statement. The church’s minister said he had not contacted the church, they had not given him approval, and he did not have permission to make statements from private church property. There had been a small fire in a basement room the night before, quickly put out, and I imagine there must have been concern at the idea of the president making inflammatory statements from the church property itself.

Everything was much quieter this evening. Last night after the peaceful protestors had mostly dispersed at the 11 pm curfew, small numbers of trouble makers remained, setting fires to dumpsters and trash containers, breaking windows, throwing fire into the AFL-CIO building and the church, etc. They also burned a utility building in the park which was allowed to burn. When finally chased by the authorities, some moved on to the affluent Georgetown neighborhood where they joined others breaking windows, destroying the insides of stores, stealing consumer items, etc. This morning it was reported that 88 people had been arrested, mostly for robbery, and vandalism. Peaceful protestors are getting pretty angry for these trouble makers highjacking their efforts. This evening protesters were breaking the curfew and staying voluntarily to be arrested without violence.

There was little violence in DC until after the 11 pm curfew when most of the non-criminal people were going home. Nevertheless, the Mayor has ordered 7pm curfew for Monday and Tuesday.

The autopsy performed for the family mentioned compression of the carotid artery cutting of blood to the brains. I once had a law student who was trying to force me to have sex doing that to me. I would go almost unconscious and he would stop and try to push me to have sex again. Did this 5 or six times til he finally gave up. Being a law student he knew what could or could not be described as criminal rape. This was 60 years ago and I still remember it vividly. I am reminded of it every time I hear a Supreme Court story.
