[I was with the 69th Armor of the 4th Inf Division in an operation with the 3rd Bn of the S.Korean Tiger regiment near the Cambodian border.]


Thank you for your service. The ROKs have come a long way since the Korean War. If the US had adopted ROK rules of engagement, the war would have been over by the time of the Tet Offensive. There would have been no VC formations of any size left to stage the nationwide communist offensive. It would have been the NVA at Khe Sanh and NVA incursions from Cambodia and Laos.

The ROKs don’t have democrats to deal with. Democrats never met a communist they didn’t immediately love.
