This review by a higher court is moving at light speed for the courts. Usually everything is set for many weeks later, especially when a defendant is not in custody.
Just pointing this out. Numerous legal eagles have said that the short timeline on this indicates the higher court is taking it very seriously.
The whole thing is very curious to put it mildly. After it is dismissed with prejudice, I hope Flynn will tell us whatever it is that he knows that caused the “gag order.” He is the only one from the Mueller prosecutions that is still under a gag order.
When the case against Flynn is officially dismissed, he’s probably dead man walking. No way does the Deep State allow Flynn to talk to the public about what he knows.
It's only a three judge panel, with 2 of the 3 being Republican appointed. With COVID-19, the DC Circuit cancelled all oral arguments for May, and has very few arguments scheduled for June. Basically, the panel that is handling this case didn't do much in May, thus has lots of time on their hands. Flynn got lucky with having two conservatives on his panel...

If the court were taking this seriously it would have acted and ended it.
Sullivan will not be shot down. The higher court is facilitating him. This is not a legal question, it is purely political and “legal reasoning” has nothing to do with it.
