HIV has never been a health problem, but it is a behavior problem among homosexuals. No one catches AIDS by being in close proximity to someone with AIDS. AIDS is transmitted between two people due to stupid behavior on the part of one or both of those people. Homosexuals can eradicate HIV if they exercised proper behavior.
