• Require the phone companies remove the cell phones and landline phones of CHAZ people access to U.S. citizen 911 police and firefighting services.
• Remove all police services from CHAZ so criminals know which homes and businesses are safe to rob.
45 RPM’s played on a Victrola?
Do hope that is a cupa jo. Sleepy Joe needs that caffeine boost.
Things became a bit spooky here this early AM.
2:30 on the computer and the electric goes out...
not a sign of light in the entire neighborhood.
Immediately phoned electric company and told ‘all
circuits are busy.’ DH checked the site by cell
phone and found about 65,000 people in the
quadrant had no power. With all that is falling
apart in this nation, the two of us were very
apprehensive (NOT a pleasant feeling.)
We went back to bed, somewhat pacified.
Two and a half hours later, the power was restored
and the clocks reset.
However, in the darkness, a firefly was seen!
Don’t see many of those any longer. They
certainly have been missed.
We should be offering copies to sign to the many advocates of defunding. So they sincerely advance their cause.
We can further help them by placing large, visible "I've waived police assistance" signs on their homes or in their yards. Technically that infringes their property rights, but our intentions are noble so it's ok. Besides, who are they going to call? In some cases we may find police mistakenly still guarding their homes, who will doubtless leave when informed of their wishes.
Many of the leaders pushing this policy are out in public arguing their case, but endangering social distancing. We can help advance their cause by providing masks imprinted "I waive police assistance" or something similar. The signs and masks would be advertising for their cause. And help guide their supporters, whom otherwise wouldn't know whom to loot or mug.
Great story.
That firefly was a the silver lining in your story. Those lights are what’s making you unable to see the fireflies.
Here in Georgia, when we first came here we rented a house on a farm far from the city lights. And I remember one particular night where the big trees behind the house had fireflies that lit up those trees like a blinking Christmas tree.
Magical moments often come when we least expect them.
Excellent! Michael Ramirez has the best cartoons. This one is worth circulating to my liberal siblings!
It is probably foolish to think that this article will be enforced against our Revolutionaries in Seattle.
You know they are looking around and saying, "Where will we get the space for our penal camps? Six square blocks is not much area."
There have been some suggesting team Trump has finally realized significant chunks of the usual law enforcement agencies are unreliable and that they've been identifying other chunks or other fed agencies to repurpose against this.
He did that when he implied he was ready to send the Army in to suppress the insurrection. While the press was screaming bloody murder he quietly and to no notice sent in Bureau of Prisons teams to make selective arrests and take names. He doesn’t have to make any declaration to do that or notify any Communist governors. He has got his people investigating Antifa and money links.
