President Trump doesn’t have the support of his own party in the swamp. He’s flying solo. The GOP Senate is hiding under their desks except when they emerge to conduct CYA voice votes that undermine a GOP POTUS.
It's almost as if some states will need to secede eventually and build their own border as their own country.

Trumps movement was of the fed up people...he had developed no political structure, he had no army of candidates built up over a few elections to carry in with him, and no party at all in reality. His was a like a hostile takeover in business...but then he didn’t wipe out the management and staff of the business he took over! He was a sitting duck, literally alone. Everyone hated him, his opposition, the permanent staff of the federal government, and even his own nominal political party. He’s in a bit better shape on it after 3 1/2 years but he’s still only got a very limited support in his own nominal party.
He’s the insurrection, but he never thought of himself that way. He didn’t realize everyone thought of him as a revolution against them. He really was a neophyte with little understanding of what he was up against coming in and how they would rather destroy him than help the people or even their own constituents and supporters. He had some rose colored glasses that came off - he gets it now, we can be sure of that...but he also now understands that he has VERY limited power and ability to change things coming in without a real political movement and without political allies.
We elected a president....but really we needed an entire revolution.
The only thing he has going for him right now is our support and we can't waiver on that or we are all done for.

Same here, the USA I know is gone. Much as I hate to say it, unless there is a huge reversal on a national scale, the USA is going to be swept into the dustbin of history, and very quickly, and the nation will have no one to blame but itself.
