Don’t quit.
Start rolling strikes. One state, perhaps one county, or one city (preferably city) at a time. Dems are mostly in the cities, so give them a taste for a couple of weeks or a month at a time what it would be like with no cops.
Police must be able to recover their dignity.

Sadly, sadly many innocent people will suffer.
It is a risk to do as well and may be exactly what the left wants to happen. Getting such areas back under the rule of law will be difficult even if the residences desire police/National Guard assistance.
American truckers are already quietly planning to avoid cities that strip their police forces.
