Gender Dysphoria, also known as gender dysmorphia, is a mental disorder. Employers must now hire and cater to the mentally handicapped. These handicaps go beyond mere sexual orientation and extend to anxiety, depression, confusion, anorexia and a host of other neuroses that make the person a general liability to one's business.

Anti-discrimination laws are unconstitutional. It violates a citizen’s right to free association. Private businesses and clubs should be able to discriminate on any basis whatsoever. Only government must be banned from discrimination.

Black free market economists Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell are in total agreement. Anti-discrimination violate our freedoms and give government control over our lives and businesses. Discrimination has a price. If a business doesn’t want to hire someone because he is bald, then another business will be more than happy to have a bald, qualified employee.
