Why was DACA ruled legal?
Until people realize that federal judges are not our rulers, that they should be ignored when they act unconstitutionally, then this will continue and get worse.
This elevation of judges, including SCOTUS, to king like status is crapping all over the Constitution.
Obama ignored (good) court rulings with regularity and no one on the left or in the media (redundant) had the least problem with it.
The SCOTUS decision appears to be a procedural one that requires the Trump administration to follow normal protocols in rescinding executive orders — even if the EO rescinded was illegal on its face.
